Uppgaard, D.D.S. It is a 'must' read. He takes a whole body approach to relievingthe symptoms of TMJ/Fibromyalgia.  There are many case studies of his patients and he goes into detail onthe treatment plans that he had put them on. Soon after I had horrible headaches, stiff jaws, and vertigo.
