A Great Book to Read

I just bought a book called ; Taking Control of TMJ. by Robert O. Uppgaard, D.D.S. It is a 'must' read. He takes a whole body approach to relievingthe symptoms of TMJ/Fibromyalgia. There are many case studies of his patients and he goes into detail onthe treatment plans that he had put them on. Some have had Splintswhere as some didn't need them. He also has great checklists where you can check your symptoms...

tmj symptoms, the stupid surgeon snapped it out of place
when he was taking out the 4 impacted teeth.
Soon after I had horrible headaches, stiff jaws, and vertigo. I was also going
thru a lot of emotional stress, broken engagement, family issues, which made
me tense up and increased my symptoms.&nbsp...
