I need advise very badly

I have a rare type of Muscular Dystrophy and am in constant pain. I have been taking pain meds for many years but besides my MD/pain, I am having problems with my hair falling out, nervous anxiety, depression really bad, after I eat I get this lump on my neck like a swollen gland and there is more but the real question is:  I have several Dr's and everyone of them doesnt have a clue what to do with me. I am going downhill quick and I cant seem to find a Dr who is willing to dig for what is going on with me. How can I get a Dr to help me before it is too late, I am so damn depressed I just dont know how much more I can take.
