I've been all around this site, but I don't think I've been in the right place at the right time or something. I am struggling to find something to ask my doctor to give me for pain management. Tired, hurting & scared!

I have rheumatoid arthritis, degenerative disc disease, cirrhosis of the liver, and kidney failure. Not a happy combination of symptoms! Since in June the doctors discovered my kidneys were only at 20%, my doctor feels that I am trying to set my hopes for pain relief too high.
