Travel Tips for Fibromyalgia: Easing Pain on the Road

  • ‘Tis the season of summer vacations.  Many of you are planning to travel sometime over the next two or three months.  Are you looking forward to it or does the idea of traveling fill you with dread?  Vacations are supposed to be fun and relaxing but when you have a chronic pain illness, sometimes that dream vacation can become a nightmare.
