What to Do if You Receive an Error Message on HealthCentral.com
In case you have been experiencing some problems getting around the site here, I wanted to let you know that we're aware of it and working on getting it resolved as quickly as possible.
A few of us have gotten an “Internal Server Error” message error when we tried to post a comment, answer, SharePost, etc. If it happens to you, rest assured, your post does go up – you just may have problems getting anywhere else on the site for a while.
I've found that if I remove my cookies for healthcentral.com, then sign back into the site, it works fine. So you might try that if you have the problem.
Our tech department is on top of it and will hopefully be able to get it resolved very soon. Thank you for your patience.
