What to Do if You Receive an Error Message on HealthCentral.com

  • In case you have been experiencing some problems getting around the site here, I wanted to let you know that we're aware of it and working on getting it resolved as quickly as possible. 

    A few of us have gotten an “Internal Server Error” message error when we tried to post a comment, answer, SharePost, etc.  If it happens to you, rest assured, your post does go up – you just may have problems getting anywhere else on the site for a while. 

    I've found that if I remove my cookies for healthcentral.com, then sign back into the site, it works fine.    So you might try that if you have the problem.
