    Dear Karen,

I have suffered from trigeminal neuralgia  for years.  But have recently, in the past 3 months, started exercising.  I have a very good friend.  And he and I go to our local gym and we walk for about 20-30 minutes first.  Then we throw a frisbee back and forth for another 20 minutes.  We both really enjoy that and we do it 3-4 times a week.  And it really gets me to sweating all the time and I'm usually worn out when we're done.  But I always feel better.  But I did have to start out very slowly and work up to where I am now.  I'm not in the 50-62  range, I'm 42, but I know that exercising is very important if a person can do so!!

So, I just wanted to say thank you for the article you posted.  It was very goodBig Grin!!

    Sincerely,

    Ally
