2011 Migraine Poetry Contest Accepting Entries

By Karen Lee Richards, Health Guide Tuesday, February 08, 2011

Do you have Migraines or chronic headaches or know someone who does? Do you enjoy writing poetry? If you can answer “yes” to both questions, then this is the contest for you.  Each year Teri Robert, Lead Expert on our sister site MyMigraineConnection.com, sponsors the Putting Our Heads Together poetry contest.

This is a chance for you to tap into your creativity and express your thoughts and feelings about what it’s like to live with Migraines or headaches – or what it’s like to watch someone you love suffer with the pain of Migraines and headaches. Poetry can touch people in a way that no other art form does. Take this opportunity to help others understand what you’re experiencing.

Two years ago, the winner of this contest was one of our very own ChronicPainConnection community members.  This year, it could be you!
