During the month of September 2011, HealthCentral is inviting you to tell your health story through video.  Since September also happens to be Pain Awareness Month, the “My Health Journey” video contest provides you with a great opportunity to help spread chronic pain awareness and understanding.

The grand prize is a $200 donation to the charity of your choice.  Second and third place prizes are $100 donations to the charity of your choice.  The top ten videos will be featured on HealthCentral. 

You don't need to be an experienced videographer to enter.  Your video can be as simple as you talking straight into the camera, as complex as a full blown production with special effects, or anything in between.  Just have fun and unleash your creativity!
