I also am afraid that in the increased education in pain management that the thoughtful use of opiods when needed will be pushed aside in the fear of abuse of prescription opoid abuse. After trying every pain medication available, the doctor found that oxycontin, now oxyNEO, was the only drug that could truly help make my life livable.
