I just started taking d-ribose today and will let you know how it works.  I will also be adding other supplements gradually including l-carnitine, creatine, magnesium malate, folic acid and a few others I can't think of right now, at my doctor's behest.  I reserve judgement on their effects until I see for myself how I respond to them.

I would be careful of a study that does not follow scientific protocols, though. They should be double blind and have a control group.  I would like to see some real scientific studies done in this area.

Add Co-enzyme Q10 with these too, I found this a valuable additive for energy and clearing of the brain-fog.

Yes, I already take it, and am in the process of increasing the dose to 600 mg. gradually.  Currently at 150.

Im a black man with Fibro. I have look to see if there is any info concerning research, but I have found none. Could you share any?

There are lots on articles about current research on this site.  I get most of my info here.  Just do a search on CFS or fibromyalgia and it will give you a list of articles.
