Absolutely spot on reporting!
I have not tried this but am planning on purchasing the trial pack. I think the fragrance has healing and relaxing properties too that would benifical for me. I am very sensitive to essential oils.
The moroal of this story is excellent and one that we all should llearn much from. I am not someone who puts blind trust in anything said Approved by the FDA even if it was. I had TMJ Bi-lateral implants the FDA approved. Oh OOPS! They changed their mind and recalled them only after the damage was done.
I depend instead on recommendations from credible sources such as you. I do all my own research like you do, and look for scams to be present first.

Thanks, Tj. You're very wise to do your own research before trying any product or treatment option. Most scams have a lot of red flags surrounding them if we just learn what to look for and pay attention to the signals.

I'm certain I'll think of you Karen and this post when I receive my purchase. I made the purchase after replying to you. I believe the web site said to allow for 2 weeks for delivery which is jus down right awesome! None of this having to wait 8 weeks for delivery which we all know in this day and age of technology should never take that long to process and ship an order. Two weeks is so doable.
Despite my fibro-fog I'm pretty certain I'll reply with my opinion. I'll think of you and this post with each application of the product, so lots of reminders. I'm so looking forward to trying this. I'm hopeful I can use it my jaws (TM's) as well as my neck and shoulder, hip, knees, etc...all those friendly fibro spots that let you know everyday that they are still with you.

I commend the original poster. Your references to the falsified claims by Revive BioScience have been forwarded by me to the Trading Standards Agency in the UK looking into the scam - along with a lot of other information I have been supplying. I have no problem in naming and shaming the guy responsible for all the false claims, not delivering on what he is promising and ripping people finacially - the guy is Robert Tallack, CEO of Revive BioScience. To give you a pointer he runs Tallack Martial Arts on Facebook.
I have emailed Tallack and asked him to explain himself. He's says it is all to generate "buyer excitement" as recommended by his marketeers. I guess his marketeer is probably someone called Jesse Willms (big scammer!!) He is Canadian - so is Tallack; Tallack is using the same scam techniques as those used by Willms; and Tallack's business accommodation address in the UK is (wait for it!) the same address as used by Willms - so a lot of coincidences.

In no way do any of my comments apply to 024Zone (Dave, as identified by the OP, and I have conversed several times on the goings-on by Tallack).
His websites, about 10 of them, have been running since about April with people starting to realise they have been scammed in late May and he is relentless.
What OP has seen his his current foray into now using internet press releases re what he is now calling "Pain Management System". Just one presss release in the right place and it goes worldwide in minutes.
To the person who has purchased and awaiting delivery - do not wait - CANCEL NOW. I too understand that Tallack has purchased out of date products; probably expiry in 2007. It is quite likely that your "trial" products will not arrive until arrive after/or close to, the 14 day deadline, and your bank account will be raped!!!

Once again just another accomodation address; this is what the agents have told me:
I just wanted to let you know that we resigned as registered office for the above company in June this year after receiving numerous complaints.....As mentioned we have no further dealings with this company and have asked our client to ensure that they remove our address off their website and any other material with our address on it.
He has been planning this scam for some time and has established both US and UK targetted websites. It all adds up to a high level of deceiptfulness and a lot of people being scammed.

If the trial packet you ordered was the $1.99 sample from the website I linked to in the article, the O24 Zone, you have nothing to worry about. They are a highly reputable company that I fully trust. The information Steve gave was related to the scam site, Revive Bioscience. I did not give either the name of their website or a link to it in the article because I didn't want anyone to become confused and order from them by mistake.
I found much of the same information as Steve shared when I was investigating, which is why I wrote the story. I didn't want anyone, particularly people in pain, to fall for their deceptive tactics.
The website www.024zone.com is a trustworthy site. That is who Steve was talking about when he said, "In no way do any of my comments apply to 024Zone." I hope this helps clear up any confusion. I certainly don't want my article to hurt the reputation or business of O24 Zone because they are an honest company offering what I consider to be a good product.

buy via 024Zone - no problems. For anyone reading from the UK then a recent 024Zone genuine reseller in UK has appeared. He operates a ski business and has used/recommended the 024 product and has recently added/promoting the products via his ski website.
Separating the association between 024Zone(genuine) and Revive(scammer) is very difficult. Some of the testimonials that you see on Revive websites are genuine; but they are not directed at Revive; they were testimonials for the Swiss Medica 024 product. Tallack has lifted them, manipulated them, falsified some and is using them to his own deceitful ends. (and he has no approvals to use them - which I am told is a legal requirement in the USA).
I had thought about becoming a UK based reseller (adding to my own Spanish sourced skin care/pain relief products) and discussed briefly with 024Zone. The problem is the association and difficulty of separating 024 with Revive and all the complaints. Buyer perception is severely dented and 024Zone have a major, almost impossible, uphill struggle, excepting their current customers, to recover market confidence; adding their products to my portfolio and I could be tainted with the same brush!
I guess your recourse in US is to lodge a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection) - I have.
I could deliver a half day seminar on what and how Tallack has orchestrated the scam. It is based on Jesse Willms (just google Jesse Willms scam). Tallack has internet threads every where. Here is just one of many on facebook:

Hi Karen, Everything is fine. I have not cancelled my order from the web site you shared. In fact I have been in communications several times this weekend with a gentleman named Dave Wolsey from O24zone.com. I admit I was concerned and confused but I did not in the end cancel my order. It was actually SteveJC who confused me. He must be apeaking of this bootleg company that is scamming people.
For anyone who is reading our communications here I'd like to share this. When I communicated with Dave via email he was quick to respond, was open and honest from what I could tell in an email. He seems very transparent about his company and is fighting with all he has to ward off this kind of confusion.
He shared with me that in fact there is no membership, no auto-payments from your accounts, no credid card numbers are kept.
About the actual ingriedints Dave assured me that they are all natural essential oils, and that the FDA has inspected his plant in Texas and approved that they are in full compliance. He included not only a phone number to have access to as well the street address to his business.
I had been stumped after reading Steve's post, but now I see it is he that confused businesses with maybe the one n the UK. I'm not sure.
I do know now between Karen's information which I have never doubted and to this day can say I still have every reason to believe what Karen reports.
I have followed you for 8 yrs or more (sorry karen, makes us seem older eh?) and have always found your reporting and posting credible. That you too know what living in Fibro pain and fatigue is like and that you openly share with us helps me to know that I have good reasons to trust what you write. That has not changed. If anything for me this experience has confirmed my beliefs.
Dave promised me my order by Monday, tomorrow and promised that it would also NOT BE EXPIRED. I rather think he is going to be right.
I'll be back and post after trying the product.

That's who I spoke with as well and he does seem to be a very honest and forthright gentleman. I can assure you that although I was very concerned about the mix-up, I didn't lose sleep over it. I was confident we would get it cleared up.

I'm relieved to hear that you did not let this turn into a huge worry for you. I know that all things can be cleared up and tend not to knee jerk react. I did at first when I saw Steve's message and then I got a hold of myself and decided to see what I could learn.
I learned plenty and feel confident that this is going to be so well worth it. Besides it's always interesting when human nature is involved.
Dave promised the product to arrive today which will be an incredible fast shipping too for just $1.99.
The free trial and the inexpensive shipping is just the company's way of trying to promote their product in light of all that has happened with the fraud company. Reorders is where he is putting his faith in his business being a success. I could never argue with business style.

I too know Dave of 024Zone, via email and information exchange, and am doing all I can from here in the UK to help Dave and bring an end to what Revive BioScience are doing, but it is slow.
I have reported Tallack and Revive BioScience to the Federal Trading Commission in the US and the appropriate Authorities in the UK. The FTC appear to have the power to take him down so I just sit and wait whilst the complaints against Revive BioScience continue to stream in and I respond as necessary with what advice I can give.

I just wanted to thank you for the article you wrote on 024 pain relief. I am glad you pointed out the fact that there are ruthless people out there and that we have to be careful and make our purchases wisely on the internet. Now for the good part; I received my samples yesterday and used my first wipe last evening. It was the first night that I was able to sleep without pain waking me up often to change positions. I am amazed at what this produce does. I have rotator cuff damage in both arms and arthritis all over, especially in my knees, neck and shoulders, plus the other fibromyalgia pain. It worked like a miracle. In fact, it is still working at 3 pm today after using it last night before bed. Thank you for your recommendation. I will recommend it to anyone who has pain. I hope this company stays in business for a long time!

I've wondered about this product; like you, I used it until I ran out. I know of several ladies in our support group who used it and liked it, also. I shared it with a friend who has fibromyalgia and each of us got good results with it. What a shame the original company went out of business. (CVS used to carry it). How very sad it is that another company will so readily take advantage of people in pain. I realize this isn't anything new but it's shocking, nevertheless.
I recommend the towelettes for people with FM; you don't know what will help until you try it. So much of our help comes from trial and error and with this company you found, it won't be a great monetary loss if you don't experience relief.
You're doing a wonderful job of keeping us apprised of what's going on in the fibromyalgia world and I so greatly appreciate your time and effort. Thank you so much.

I thought about you as I was writing this article because I remembered how much you liked the product. I'm thankful to find out the product didn't disappear when the original company closed and that there is a company we can trust who is currently selling it.
I just hate that there's a charlatan out there who is using this product to prey on people who are already suffering in pain and are often on a limited, fixed income. I just hope this article helps alert people to be careful and read the fine print before they click the button to buy this or any product.
