Originally there was a description of and link to a fibromyalgia survey here being conducted by a Duquesne University graduate student that focused on self-reported quality of life, treatment effectiveness, and attitudes and perceptions of patients. There has, however, been some unanticipated complications with the survey which requires postponing its launch.
When the problems have been resolved and the survey is ready, I will post it again. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
