Hi Karen,

Thanks for sharing that article, it's great! I used to enjoy the holidays before my Fibromyalgia. Now I just find them way too stressful with extreme high expectations (mainly from inlaws)

I have decided that this year I am taking control, putting my foot down, and saying NO when I need to. :)

Hi, my name is Brenda Beasley.  I have been struggling with this diease for the past 7 years. All of my friends believe im crazy.  Im just thankful to know someone else knows and understand what i'm going thourgh.  Its been very diffcult for me because i'm a single mother of 3.  I've lost two jobs due to the illness.  noone understands cause they look at me and say well you look find. its very hard to hold your head up and smile if you are in chronic pain and getting stressed out doesnt make it any better. I will be reading your information every chance i have so that i can learn more about this illness.  Thank-you for your time.
