    Thanks Karen

    I personally don't take any of these meds, but the elderly lady I help with her meds used to take Fosomax, but she heard some scarry stuff about it from one of her friends that has her jaw rot away and some more really drastic side effects, so my lady friend refused to take it any more, contrary to her doctors instructions, but I am glad she did now.

    It's a little hard to force a 93 yr old fully capable of making her decisions, to take a medication that she does not want to.  This time I'm really glad she was so adament.
