Last month we announced the 2008 Migraine and Headache Poetry Contest being held on our sister site MyMigraine Connection. Since Migraines and headaches are both chronic pain illnesses and so often accompany other chronic pain conditions, we thought some of you might like to enter the contest. But whether or not you entered and whether or not you experience Migraines or headaches, I think you’ll relate to the winning poems. Pain can be just as debilitating and have just as great an impact on your life whether the pain is in your head or elsewhere in your body.
