Does anyone besides me suffer from nerve pain caused by fibromyalgia? My Doctor said my brain was zingging my nerves, and I had to trick it in order to stop the pain. uhhhh how is this accomplished? I have to work myself to death when I can hardly move. I can't just turn off the pain. I'm down to 98 pounds because I can't eat or sleep well with this low quality of life. This kind of pain is all I live for. A constant fight that I cannot win.My Doctor says that a script for pain relievers is just trading one problem for another. If he were in my shoes he "would take the trade!''

I can't imagine how other people who say that they have RA when they don't even know about the illness and what it does to a person's ability to be pain free and mobile.
When you are asked about your condition and you say you have RA, then the next answer is "I also have RA arthritis". My answer is I am so sorry for you to have this condition.
This way I am not confronted and asked a dozen questions.
Others whom think that they have this horrible condition should seek medical assistance to determine if it is factual. Or better yet may they should define RA as just R illness and leave the Arthritis out.
