    I love this list of suggestions! I hope someday to convince my husband that less is often more with the exercise, he thinks the cure all for my every malady is a nice brisk walk at the hang on for dear life end of the leash with our biggest dog! My favorite suggestion is the purse lightening one, I have refined that one even more, I don't carry one at all anymore, I have my husband carry essential documents for me when we go out, or a very small clutch I usually leave locked in the car.
