In the past year or so, there's been a lot of discussion about whether or not vitamin D is useful in relieving chronic pain.  I thought that if something as simple and inexpensive as vitamin D could help ease even a fraction of our pain, it was worth checking into.  So I looked at multiple research studies and talked to some doctors and pain specialists to try to get some answers. It turns out that, at least in some cases, there can be a link between low vitamin D levels and chronic pain.
