About Me

I am a married 44 year old female with two sons.I suffer with spinal stenosis cervical, and lumbar.I had surgery on l-4,l-5 last year, and I cant see that much improvement, especially with the sciatica, and now in both legs now.I have also had several steroidal blocks, and the only thing that got me was about 10-15 pounds of extra weight.Does anyone have similar peoblems like me? If so I would like to chat and compare notes,so to speak.
