I have a meniscus problem and arthritis in my right knee and sciatica that is currently affecting my left leg and buttock. If anyone has any advice on exercises that can help both or either condition without making the other one worse, I would appreciate it. I' ve been through a round of PT for the knee and am going through one now for the sciatica. My "bible" is the Knee Crisis Handbook, but I find that the quad-strengthening exercises in it sometimes make the sciatica hurt.
