chronic back pain and right cheek pain.

i am a 43 year old woman. it all started with herpes in the right side of the thigh which got better in 15 days. Since 4 months i have had back pain on the lower left side. i also have blurr vision in my right eye vision with a sensation of a particle in the eye and fever with body pain. along with this my right cheek had been swollen with light right side ear pain. i have had 2 antibiotic courses (clasid exel, suprax 400). after each course the fever vanishes but the back pain persists. fever and eye symtoms return in a weeks time.in short i have had chronic back pain and cheek swelling since 4 months. also since 15 days i have right leg heel pain.

 can anyone throw light on what is wrong and how can i cure it?
