I have had FM for 25+ years so far -it never goes away .You have chronic pain and fatigue all over  your body. All the doctors can do is to give you meds to help you manage the pain. There is no cure and they do not know what causes it . FM affects every part of your life and yes you do get depressed living with chronic pain all the time. You can find lots of info here on the net - about FM. It's extremely difficult/hard when you are a wife and a mother of 2 kids-since you are 24 yrs old -your kids can't be very old. The older your kids get ,they will be able to help you out more around the house, at the grocery store etc. Alot of people don't understand this disease and even alot of doctors don't really either. You have to have a kind sympathetic Dr who is familiar with FM. Hopefully you have a kind understanding husband. You are not alone with this-there are lots of us with FM. I have alot of female friends with with FM. Having a good DR helps alot. You can also find info at MayoClinic.com and WebMd.com .If you have any more questions -please post. I hope this helps you a little more .Sorry I don't have anything better to report about this FM.You will have good days where you might feel decent and then the bad days where you feel like you can't get out of bed . Good Luck -I hope they figure this FM out -causes - and hopefully a cure in the near future would be nice. You are going to need unerstanding people around you for support family ,friends etc. Good Luck to You Hun and God Bless
