working,jobs,etc

I would like to know any jobs that people with Fibromyalgia and chronic pain have been able to do. I have not been working for 7 years and was turned down for social security.  Money is very tight with only one income, plus Dr. and medicine bills. Any job ideas would be great. Also any services for people who are sick but not senior citizens and not on social security. I could use rides to stores, Dr. appts. etc. Also, I have heard about exercise balls and want to know if anyone has used them to stretch without causing more pain.  I know I need some kind of exercise but do not want to hurt myself or cause more pain.
