collapsed disc C-1

Hi- I haven't posted much and I hate to through the whole thing again but to make a long story short...I had my second morphine pump put in in Oct. and now they are saying I have a collapsed disc at C-1. Thought I was having a heart attack, went numb on the right side , even the tongue for about 12 hours. Have been waking up with numbness and pain in both hands and arms. Getting worse and culminating to the whole right side event....

I have had the spinal stimulator done twice in the past two years. I fell down some stairs 2 weeks after the initial surgery and...
