Iwas a forklift opeator at kenedy airport,and on 6-3-1997 my whole life changed . when 80 55 gallon oil drums came crashing down on me.  i was taken to the hosital for joint dieases wrer i had the frist of my three spinal surgeys, and a total right hip replacement ,total left knee replacement and hand surgey the spine surgeys  were #1 anteior  spinal fusion fusion with plates and screws from c3-c6,then came what i though was the worst of the all a lumbar lammy from L4-s1 thath failed, after thati had an anteior postieor spinal fusion with pedical screws and rods,then the total right hip replacment , then total left knee replacement and finaly minor right hand sugery  I telling you all of this because no matter how bad things and belive me they get bad pain wise still topday if it were not for those docs at hjd i dont know were i would be today. and if i can help anyopne in the littlest way  fom things i have been though i would be my plesure
