when i get up in the morning or even from just laying down when i get up my feet feel like they are broken i wonder if i added more calcium to my diet that would help its is very hard to walk and very painful in also have really flat feet i feel like i have 1000 bone spurs and heal spurs inmy feet

Hello just wondering if you have made sure that you do not have diabetes. Sometimes this can be the only sign for a few years before it is found by a visit to the doctors. Like I said , just wondering and not meaning to cause any trouble. take care Marti.
