cronic lower back pain

At the moment i am suffering with pain in the lower back and pelvic area, i find it difficult to walk, bend, sometimes breathing is also painful.  i am having acupuncture at my doctors today, this pain has been with me for about six to eight weeks, ive been the doctors three times, the last time he suggested i go for an xray, i should know the results by next week, Not sure what the diagnoses is at the moment, could be slipped disk? who knows!

All i know is, its getting me down. I have not had an accident or anything,to  cause this pain.
