This is soooooo messed up, wanna hear my problems??? here I go I was rear ended by a SUV while I was sitting still 12/28/07

I hired a lawyer and seen a orthepedic surgeon, we went through 18 physical therapy sessions including tens unit, after 2 months of meds, pain killers,anti flammatory,muscle relaxers we decided to do surgery on my right shoulder. There wasn't a tear but he seen something odd on my MRI. During the operation,he found a bone spur pressing against my nerves in my shoulder so he shaved my rotator cuff and cleared my bricitus in the area

I continued to see the surgeon until May of 08, he then sent me to a colleague and she gave me trigger point injections to no avail I was still in pain, I was then sent to a new PCP for Chronic Pain Management From May until now he treated me with different meds from Percosets to Fentanyl

I am now on 75 mcg of fentanyl and 800 mg of a muscle relaxer from my PCP,

He sent me to a Pain Mgmt Dr. actually it says D.O FFIP on his card whatever that is... My first appt with this specialist he said I need muscle relaxers and anti flamatory drugs not pain meds. the second visit he gave me 10 trigger point injections and 750mg of muscle relaxers

I just returned today and he told me there is nothing he can do

I can barely get out of bed, i cant sleep,i cant walk withoout pains and he cant do nothing

please help a 29 year old proffessional get better
