Hi,
I am moving to the Bay Area shortly and hope to find a good (great?) pain management doctor or clinic. I would be grateful if others living with chronic pain in the Bay Area could speak about their experiences with different doctors, UCSF, Stanford, etc. If you have had a negative experience and don't wish to share it publicly, please send me a message here. Many thanks!
Best,
Anna

I don't know much about doctors in the Bay area, but I wanted to just tell you Welcome and it's nice to have you here with us.
I believe we have a couple of members who live in the Bay Area and hope they run onto your post and help you out with your question.
Hope your move goes smoothly and you get settled right in quickly. SanFrancisco is a beautiful city and I really love it.
Take Care

I too have chronic pain and am only 30 years old. I have been trying to find a dr. for so long that would not judge me because of the medications or playing the too scared to write prescription thing. Dr Hattori in San Fran. His number is 1-415-353-6464 is good and I am seeing a new dr. His name is Darien Behravan at the Bay area pain and spine institute. 1-510-614-9200 this is in San Leandro which is not far from San Fran. Good luck on your search I thought I would give you a couple names.
Sincerly,
Amber
