About Me

I'm in my late 40's. I have two children and one grandchild. I am married to a wonderful man who is my best friend and caregiver. I have RSD that originated in my right abdominal area spreading to my back and down my leg. I have had it for 10 years after I had a laparotomy to remove abdominal adhesions that was complicated by nerve damage. It took a long time to get a diagnosis because of the unusual area of my RSD. I also have abdominal migraines, disc degenration causing pain, and a fatal degenerative brain disorder. I spend almost all of my time sitting or sleeping in a recliner. We are currently staying with relatives. My situation has become much more difficult this year.
