I was fired by my doctor when I lost my RX for Ultram. The office refused to acknowledge the bottle which was my RX until it ran out. I was ushered into office mangagers office and told to sign the letter they had wrote.
I was not permitted to even speak with the doctor to clairfy what happened. I had problems with the office in the past and beleive this was his way to end his care. The first time I went there, he stated," You have too many medical problems and this is just a small office. You need to see a docorer where there are several of them in a practice."
I'm thinking of reporting him as he refused to see me, the receptionist refused to talk or see the RX bottle to know I wasn't selling drugs etc.
The office manager wanted me to write what had happened but refused to tell me the purpsoe of it.
This office created a great deal of stress for mein the past. Now I have a new primary doctor who is great.
I even was doing a live talk show and will address this once we are up and filming again.
