Welcome!

You seem to have several serious health & pain issues going on and I dont understand why you cannot get some help?

Do you have a primary care that you can talk to about this problem?  I found that confronting him in a respectful way and explaining my situation brutally honest has really helped me to be taken seriously.

Do you keep a pain diary?

I have also really gained some help & understanding by using my print out & doctor reports from my online pain diary as a reference an sharing them with my doc to be effective in him knowing I'm trying to educate myself in my pain issues, have went through a tremendous amount of life style changes and taken full responsibility for my treatments, options etc.  Since I've made these changes they seem to treat me and view me in a different way then they did in the beginning.  It takes quite a bit of work and when your working in difficult amounts of pain, precious little sleep and over whelmed, it can be a real challenge and very difficult to manage, but probably the best things I could of done to show my docs I'm serious and want to get treatment from this pain so I can get some sort of life back.

If you have any questions about an online diary or articles to print & or read to get some documentation going. You can contact me through the private messaging on this site and I'll try to help you as best I can.

Take Care, I know how frustrating this can be.

Betty
