About Me

Have been in chronic pain for about 12 years. Have tried many drugs - do not find them very effective or they have horrific side-effects.

Walking, standing are problems - neuropathy & back pain.

One just has to try various meds. and if they work and agree with you, great!! If they don't, then life is painful. ALWAYS ask a well-informed doctor about a drug before trying it - as we know, many have undesirable interactions and one can try something that just does not agree with you.

If you are able to swim, it is great for your entire well-being and the exercise can and usually does help relieve many types of pain.

Keep SMILING!!!!!!! - it helps a lot!!!! - it really does!!!! - try it please!!! Find the humorous side of things - even your pain!!!!
