Ok enough nonsense. Pain level is a HIGH 8. My feet are on fire my heels feel like the creature from Aliens is about to break thru!
My legs are throbbing and I have spasms.
The NSAIDs aren't working, rubbing and massaging is not helping.
My happy place has closed down, probably out of business due to the reccession.
At least I made it thru the week.
But I dread next week and the week after and so on
I have to find a docotr in Mid-State Pennsylvania to help, the locals at Hershey Med are morons. And that's being nice.
Anyone know of someone in the Hershey area?

I too had a miserable experience at Hershy hosp pain clinic! The ass of a Dr actually told me that only if I lost 50 lbs he'd prescribe the pain meds I needed. He said then he'd know "Im serious"!!! Can you believe this??? Unfortunately even in pain clinics and with so called pain specialists you can run into alot of idiots. Also in Rochester, NY at Strong Hosp the er dr refused to provide pain relief and at their clinic, 2 other dr's dismissed me, one said I was too far gone for her to treat me that she could have helped me yrs ago but because I've been on narcotic pain meds for 20 yrs theres nothing she could "do"!!! WTF does that mean?? Another said that I was wasting his time, that I should just stay on the Fentanyl patch and that he had other patients to see who didnt have relief!! The whole reason I went there was because my internist didnt want to prescribe it and wanted THEM to do it which is why he sent me there. Stupid dr's are paranoid to presribe a drug I've already been on for 8 yrs!! Oh BTW, it was THEIR pain clinic who initially put me on the damn thing!! Unbelievable what you have to go thru to get help!! Now the new idiot internist I've had for 3 yrs decided he wants me to get off the patch after I've had gastric bypass (Mar '10) and lost alot of weight!! He apparently has some crystal ball which predicts that large weightloss will cure my longstanding fibro (since 1992)!!! BTW, this guy grad Dartmouth 7 yrs ago and STILL is clueless!!! God save us all.
