I hope eveyone has a nice night and a very low pain scale.

I just woke up after a good night's rest and i feal like a human being i just hope it lasts. I am takeing a friends advice from the health Central's web-site "take your meds befor the pain gets to bad".
I am trying to take my meds on time and not slip up for a couple of hours and give the pain a chance to break through.
Does anyone have Twiter ? if not i find its a nice web-site to spend some time on and get distracted from the pain....
