Finally, Some Help + A Diagnosis And Treatment

By JoshuaY Saturday, July 11, 2009

I went to my family doctor today, I explained my pain and how I've been miserable for the past year.  I was diagnosed with Scoliosis an Elevated Hip and possible Leg Neuropathy.  She thinks the scoliosis has cause disc and nerve damage.  I have several X-rays and blood work to get finished as well.  She was so helpful, keep in mind I'm 21!

She understood my pain, prescribed me Tramadol for now and told me several things that could be possibilites of treatment for the future.

The Tramadol is helpful, I don't hurt as bad but I still hurt quite a bit, took the edge off I guess you could say.

I'm just looking forward to HOPEFULLY a pain free future!~

I'm so glad to hear you finally have a diagnosis and a doctor who cares enough to help you.  That is invaluable!  It makes such a difference to know what's wrong and to have options to hopefully correct it or, at the very least, get some relief from the pain.

I wish you a pain-free future!
