I've had fibromyalgia for over 10yrs. This is a few home remedies that help me alot with pain : 250mg Magnesium daily, Multivitamin, epsom salts baths, Massage oils, alot of stretching before bedtime, NO CAFFEINE, Lots of WATER. Most of the time I don't feel any pain symptoms. I read in my Home Remedies book about Magnesium. It's a natural muscle relaxer. It also takes away muscle inflammation. Epsom salts takes away all the toxins that build up in your muscles. These baths should be done about 3 days a week. I hope you find pain relief soon.
