ERIN ROSE
Saturday, January 03, 2009 at 07:38 AMROCK ON! KEEP WRITING OR ANYTHING YOU CAN POSSIABLY STAND EVEN IF IT'S JUST FOR A FEW SECONDS! YOU NEVER KNOW HOW YOUR PAIN OR THE STRENGTH YOU USE TO PUSH THROUGH THAT PAIN MIGHT HAVE POSITIVELY AFFECTED SOMEONE ... LIKE ME ... TODAY OR SOMEDAY! ~~ERINROSE

P.S. SPELLING IS SOOOO NOT THE POINT OF POETRY!

yes i guess your right! i forgot abought my senyor year in highschool how so many people came up to me and said i inspired them made them want to work harder! i guess when your not surounded by the outside (im stuck in my house most of the time) what its like hearing positive feed back from criticks (iv goten bad too but the good is what i focus on just like with the pain)
I will admit latly iv been doing only a few minuts a weak due to lack of resorses in more than one way!
i miss my acupuncturist from were i used to live she did so much for the pain she is the reason i was able to finnish guardean of mental refuge! I cant find one localy that wont charge less than five hundred dollars or they are not seeing new patients and its such a pitty becaus i know what they can do for me and i want so mutch to be back to my old creative self.
the pain meds and muscle relaxers im taking are saping the creativity right out of my head when i take them like i should im only awake five to ten hours out of the day and i only sleep four hours at a time. however if i dont take them im up for a day or more in horid pain.
meanwhile is all i want is to go back to school and get a job in my trade. every day that goes by i feel as thought that gole is getting farther and farther a way from me!*sigh*
thanks for the comments! its a helpfull reminder!
best wishes

Hello Emm,
I commend you for keeping yourself busy and recognizing things that keep you going, which help you in taking control of your own pain. There are many things that help in the control of pain or the awareness of pain, they are all based on distraction from it. Whatever grabs your concentration and envelopes it will work wonders. For some people it may be watching a funny movie, others may be crossword puzzles. Just because at times the pain may not be easy to set aside does not mean that we are unable to, or have lost the ability to do it again. We just try and try again.
I feel confident that you will keep seeking and you will find.
Best wishes,
Madeline
