wondering if anyone can help me as i have tried to work out what is wrong with my back and haven't yet found anything that matches my symptoms

i get back pain after standing for medium-long periods of time, strenous excersise, walking around for a long while, sitting badly. This gets worse when it appears and hurts quite a lot. It starts in the lower back, though I find myself generally tired and achey when it appears. i have had this for years and have never seen a doctor - all ways goes away when i consider it! i had difficulty learning to ride a bike as a child as my family noticed i seem to ride with my hips going one way and my body another. They have also commented from my walk, which appears normal to me, that i do seem to be a bit wonky! people have commented that they think i have a twisted spine, but not people with medical experience and i haven't found anything about a twisted spine in my limited research!

probably nothing, but i'd really like to know whats causes it as it can affect my stamina and stuff really badly

thanks
