About Me

Developed chronic myofascial pain after major depression in 1994. Started with a locallized trigger poin (TrP) in the left scapula, but rapidly progressed to chains of TrP from head to toe. A second type of flare unsued, consisting of numbness of face and limbs, shortness of breath, followed by migrane. Sedentarism, i.e. desk or computer work, without physical activity are clear triggers. Some fibromyalgia symptoms: fatigue, poor sleep, but no tender points.
