I have been suffering FM since 1992.

I had consulted every Dr. and specialist who offered me some hope.

Finally, a rheumathologist helped me to sort from a sea of natural remedies.  I continued my research after I stop visiting him.

Shortly, I am now relying on the following:

1) a weekly visit to a chiropractor after a 1.5 hrs of massage.

2) Taking guaifenesin 600 mg 4 times a day

3) Taking 5-HTP 100mg twice a day to increase my serotonin level

and as a sleeping aid.

4) Taking capsules of Cayenne 265mg & Garlic 265mg with each meal to reduce the level of Substance P

5) Using a cream with Capsacin (Cayenne) on aching muscles.

6) Using Magnesium Malic acid capsules to reduce muscles spasms.

7) Taking multivitamins, minerals, and herb complex daily.

Unfortunately, western medicine   relies on drugs, that made me

sicker; despite my age (72) I am now more confortable than

10 years earlier.

My way works with me, think about it, and try it if wou wish.
