i am looking to share information, and thoughts, and opinions,  with anyone suffering from Bi-Polar mainly.  I'm wanting to know if any of you suffering from Bi-Polar also suffer from the symptoms of SADD this time of year,  or id you have also been diagnosed with ADD or ADHD.

I would also like to talk to TMJ  suffereres,  I'm  going thru a really bad time with my TMj  right now since August this year.  I was actually diagnosed with TMJ oh,  about 5-8   years ago.  Had alot of problems then,  since then have had problems,  but nothing to bad.  Now I have severe pain every day but,  even with insurance I can't afford my co-pays  for all of my bi-Polar  related doctor visits and prescription refills,  and my regular doctor co pays and prescriptions mainly for High blood pressure.  Which I was just diagnose with last year in February when after mo6ving about 30 miles a way about 6 months before I finally decided to start going to new doctors.  Boy, what an extra cost and hassle that is.  My regular doctor has been working on my blood pressure for 10 months and she is still not happy with my numbers.  There are several  drugs that seemed  to work better on my blood pressure but, one of them ,  I don't remember which one right now,  when taken with my Bi-Polar  medications,  triggered my TMJ  to react.  Now even though the doctor changed my blood pressure meds, a few times after that,  I am still suffering pain with my TMJ.  Although  now at least,  I am not suffering from a swollen neck, throat lface, & lymph  nodes as part of the symptoms caused by that mixture of medications that started my TMJ  to severely act up since around July 15th this year.

I would like to talk  to others  feeling the blues this Christmas  or more than usual this season due to Bi-Polar or Sadd.  I would also like to  talk to those suffering from TMJ  or those that have suffered from TMJ and found some relief with,  meds, facial excercises, natural homeopathic remedies or surgery to help or cure their TMJ.

Hurting and very depressed in Texas.
