Hi Starflake< A biomat is a mat made out of amethist crystals and uses infer red heat and negative ions to control pain. I sleep on mine every night as I have a big one for my bed and two little ones, 1 for traveling and 1 for my easy chair I sit in. Usana is a company that sells top quality vitamins, minerals and herbs. I take them twice a day everyday. 5 years ago I moved to Vancouver Island, my exhsuband and I use to fish every summer for three months  and each time I came here I could cut all my medication in half so when my marrige broke up I moved here because I knew I could get better here. When I moved here 5 years ago I couldn't stand and I walked with two canes. Now I have a part time job and I volunteer and I am on my feet all day long but I no longer have pain like I use to, just general aches and pains from working and getting older but that I can live with. I have three more and I get my old age pension and then I want to travel and enjoy my senior years and now I can see that I will have good health to do just that. I hope this information helps you and if you need more information let me know and I will be happy to answer any of your concerns.

                          Yours sincerely.............. chinajoy

I had fibromyalgia for 10 years.  Last summer, I started swimming on a daily basis, my back pain is gone. I still have severe nerve entrapment in one of my feet.  I take Lyrica and Vicodyn (minimal dosage). I've tried massage, anti imflammatory creams, menthol creams, neuropathy herbal support nutrition and cortisone injections.  I had a spinal cord stimulator implanted a year ago. I want to be off the drugs-I have brain fog all the time. My doctors say it's not RDS but I feel like that's a possibility. Chronic pain interferes with our travel. I tried Duragesic patches for the pain. I had the side effect of itching and was advised to remove the patch and go back to Vicodyn.  I suffered a severe drug withdrawal reaction.
