Greetings all,

I have been dealing with neck and back pain since and before my two level discecotomy and fusion. Workers Comp finally approved me to go to the Northern California Functional Restoration Program in Emeryville, CA.  I tell you, this program is truly a God send.

If you can contact your workers comp adjuster, see if you can be approved to attend such a program. It truly has helped me place things in perspective and has enabled me to cope with pain, stress, and depression.  AECOM guidelines allow for this type of program if you have a workers comp claim.  Check into it. You'll be glad you did.
