He has a dx of DDD, Spinal stenosis, kyhphosis and scrolosis of the spine. He finally saw a pain specialist/anetheselogiest in 2006. He went through a series of injections, none of which worked. Finally he was okay for a intratheaceal morphine pump placement one year ago this month. He has gone routinely to have the pump set up.
