how do i explain F.M. to friends?

I recently was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, i have a friend who is sympothetic to my pain at work, but my anxiety level is driving her up a wall, was on cymbalta falling asleep everywhere, cant remember what i said to my co-workers or boss, and also i think i brought my friends name up in a situation that was very important to one of our clients... Goblins, Ghouls.... and Pain?

More Than I can Handle

I just got a copy of my last MRI done recently. Looks like I may have MS on top of everything else going on! Isn't that a great way to tell someone?
