avascular necrosis

flupirtine for fibromyalgia like symptoms and other neurogenic disorders

My doctor told my about a drug called Flupirtine that is being used in clinical trials in the U.S. for treatment of fibromyalgia.  I haven't been diagnosed with fibromyalgia but I do have fibromyalgia like symptoms.  Today I had the fm like symptoms and took my first dose of Flupirtine.  After 45 minutes my symptoms were gone. ... Read moreChevron

I am 49 years old and have had six lower back surgeries. Needless to say I live every day in pain and reflection about that first surgery done December 1997. Was it even needed? Did I do the right thing?
