ADHESIONS

hi my name is gerard i  hurt my right foot really bad in acc ive never being the same since doctors dont listen nothing ever shows up but i dont sleep any more and most of all im in pain 24hrs  a day .each passing day the pain keeps getting worse

Natural Methods

I've had fibromyalgia for over 10yrs.  This is a few home remedies that help me alot with pain : 250mg Magnesium daily, Multivitamin, epsom salts baths, Massage oils, alot of stretching before bedtime, NO CAFFEINE, Lots of WATER.
