How do you live with it????

All the test results are in. I don't have... RA, OA, Lupus, and the Rhummy doesn't think it's fibro. Now What. This has been a terible blow to me. I'm sick. I had an epidural 5 months ago, and need another. Does it help artheritis of the lower back?

I had an epidural for severe lower back pain 5 months ago. I do not want to have more than 2 per year, as I worry about bone loss . Am taking extra calcium and vitamin d daily, and have actually regained some bone in the upper cervical area, so that is good.
