Chronic Pain - Enough is Enough!

I have been dealing with chronic pain for 10 years. I have had 4 cervical sugeries (C5-7 fused) and 3 lumbar surgeries (L5 - S1 fused). Major Problems w/ Med. 8627L18 Pain Mgmt

Girlfriend suggested I submit this to seek help and/or help another with my story so here it goes: I had a failed l4-l5 fusion w/ hardware, surgery never helped w/ lower back pain or sciatica in left leg.
